To Competitors and Media;

Nothing major/tow worthy in the short term (next 3-5 days) although a fairly solid swell is on tap for Thursday through the first part of the weekend in the well overhead to double overhead range with occasional larger sets. That swell will likely mix with mid period S swell from a tropical depression now a couple hundred miles south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec that is expected to strengthen into a hurricane in the next 48 hours. Still likely below the size we're looking for, even with the tropical swell mixing in, with definite potential for heavy rain and onshore wind as a special bonus if the hurricane flares up as expected.

Going into the longer range, we'll be watching a couple of storms in the next 3-5 days which will likely produce another medium size runoff SW swell from the 7th-10th in the well overhead to double overhead range. Again, likely just a decent paddle swell and well below tow size.
