To Competitors and Media;

At this point I'm not seeing anything that looks like it will produce large, tow in type conditions for the next 10-12 days+ and likely beyond.

While there is a decent swell showing throughout Central America and Southern Mexico today, a fading trend will take hold through the next few days before a playful bump of SW swell arrives over the weekend. Again, this will be well below tow size surf.

Unfortunately, high pressure is occupying much of the central and eastern half of the South Pacific right now, preventing any major storms/swells from coming together. This pattern is forecast to prevail for the next few days and possibly beyond, keeping the SPAC in a very zonal pattern with most of its energy aimed toward the south end of South America.

As a result we'll see some fun size swells for Puerto and the region here and there, but nothing major is on tap for quite some time.

Our next update will on Tuesday 6/19/07, unless I see a major change to the above forecast.
